If you are looking for someone to come into your business and provide Gantt charts and very little more then this probably isn’t the place for you.

What is this you say? You search the world for a Project Management company to help you in your hour of need and then get told that you should look elsewhere?

The reason is that what is described in that first paragraph is absolutely not Project Management. Project Management is so much more than that and if you truly need help with a project today the best thing we can do for you is to help you to manage it yourself, put in place project management structures and to leave you better able to manage the next project yourself. If you feel that you need help with a project then you probably need a lot of help in ensuring that your entire organisation understands and supports all the activities that go into creating and completing a successful project.
